ne way or another, I'm going to E3 this year. Officialy, at this point, I'm only supposed to be there one day, but I can take personal time off to attend the other days. There is some rumour that I'm supposed to be going all 3 days officially. The only difference that I can tell is that if I am there officially, I get a hotel room in LA. Otherwise, I'll just commute from here. It should be about an hour and 45 minute drive...and if I leave at my normal "go to work" time, that should put me at the show right about when it opens. and give me a nice drive home in the evening to decompress. We'll have to see if the rumours are true, but one way or the other, I'm planning on being there all three days.

Suz and I saw some nicer places last night than we saw the previous night. We both agree that this sword hanging over our heads is tiring, and we're doing everything possible to remedy the situation. It is just going to take some work on our part, but I know once we've found and rented a place, we'll both feel better about the whole thing, and it'll be down to worrying about getting the movers to get her stuff there, and how I'm gonna get my stuff there.

Stayed up too late last night, catching up on some television. It's still hard watching stuff when Suz is asleep a foot from my head, and I have to wait until 10 or 11PM to start. This will be remedied when we get the new place, and I can't wait.

An odd thing will be happening today. The tub in my apartment will be getting a crack repaired. This crack has appeared over the last 3 or 4 months, and I finally called the maintenance folks about it. They're sending a "specialist" in to repoair the thing, and have told me it has to "cure" for the next 24 hours, which means tomorrow morning I don't get a shower, and I'll have to wash my hair in the sink. I've no real objection to one day of "sponge bathing", but I'm still tossing around in my mind if I want to chuck it and rent a hotel room for the night, just to get at the shower. I really start my whole day by waking up somewhat under the hot water, and things just don't feel the same if I don't. I get even more cranky than I normally am :)

A special thanks to my brother, Corey, Steph, Dave, Tracy and Rob for their regular updates. I miss reading all the news from everyone else.
