e've
decided to show our game at E3 behind closed doors, by appointment
only. Which means I won't be presenting it publicly. I don't
have an issue with this at all, and in fact support the idea
wholeheartedly. Someone asked me when they found out about it
if it disturbed me. I had to laugh. We'll get our day in the
sun soon enough, but it doesn't have to be next week. On the
other hand, that means I get to be a booth babe for some other
product, and I found out yesterday that I'll be presenting this. Which
should be interesting, to say the least. I've got some boning
up to do on the product before I'll feel comfortable presenting,
but it honestly looks gorgeous. Fortunately, I occasionally play
the older version of this, so I'm somewhat familiar with the
product.
Still busy trying to figure out where things will go in the new house, and more specifically when to get them there and how. I'm almost sold completely on trying to start sleeping there this weekend, although that will stop my daily morning posts to this website. Of course, having to be up in LA starting Wednesday for 4 days would have put a crimp in my posting anyway, so I'm about committed to doing it. Suz's furniture should be coming in the following week, and I'll say it again..... I can't wait. A real fridge, washer and dryer (having waited a huge amount of time last night for machines to be open, and almost not getting it done before "lock down"), and a nice couch to lounge on while watching TV. It'll also mean that we'll have both A/V setups available, so that I can watch my stuff before 11PM every night, and then go share time with Suz. Slowly but surely, we're reducing the number of balls we have up in the air, so life is becoming a bit easier.
Not enough time..... must work...... be good!
